How to clean coolant residue off a board?

Hi all, I'm taking out my motherboard to replace the HSF bolts, and i noticed that there's a bit of old residue on one of my video cards. I believe it was from the first time I drained my loop and had a bit of an accident, but the card works fine and all

Is there a way to clean it off the card? because it looks ugly. Like a Q-tip and alcohol or something? Is this safe?

Isopropyl alcohol (NOT rubbing alcohol) and a clean, lint-free cloth.

Yes, I used the Isopropyl and a coffee filter, works like a charm. Dont need to much alcohol though.
