How to clean hyper 212 evo heatsink?

Hello so i have a brand new 212 evo and while taking it out of its plastic case and putting it back in, the label of the bottom came off, so how do i clean the heatsink part that goes to the cpu? 99% alcohol?

I typically use a mixture of alcohol wipes and pressurized cans of air, although isopropyl alcohol also works.
That is called thermal paste. You can remove it with an alcohol wipe if you want and apply a new coating of it, but you'll need to pick up a tube online, although they are typically quite cheap anyway, about $5 for the good brands like the Arctic Silver 5.
You only need to put on a pea sized dab in the center, and attach the cooler as normal.
The mixture will flatten and spread across your CPU's integrated heat spreader.

I use an air compressor on my 212+, but it is also powerful enough to fil a car tire.

I use a vacuum and turn it in reverse (basically a leaf blower) and then crank the speed up. I'm using a vacuum hose and I also remove the vacuum's dust bag while doing so.
