I am going to buy a Kingston Hyperx 120gb ssd, and I'm not sure how to clean install. I have my copy of windows 7. Is there a video or something that I could watch or read?

Clean installs are awesome…things just go smoother.

If you have your Win7 disk a clean install is super easy:

1. Remove old HDD and install new SSD
2. Boot up with win7 disk and follow installation instructions.

If you don’t have a windows 7 install disk, it’s a little harder but still possible.

1. Download the correct windows 7 ISO disk, these can be downloaded legally from Microsoft.
2. Burn ISO to a DVD or create a boot USB
3. Make sure you have your windows 7 serial, its normally on a sticker somewhere on your computer
4. Remove old HDD and install new SSD
5. Boot up with win7 disk and follow installation instructions.

Here’s a link to some downloads. Make sure you check if you have SP1 installed or not...
