Question How to Clean my PC?

What is the best and safest way to clean inside my PC it is very dusty. I am worried about touching the mothernoard

First make sure the PC is powered off, and preferably have the switch on the PSU turned off as well.

To do the actual cleaning canned air, the type they sell that is specific for electronics, never air from a air-compressor unless it has a air filter and water separator system since water vapor and any small debris can damage a printed circuit board. I would suggest holding the fans as you blow them to keep them from spinning, although its nearly impossible to damage anything a fan spinning will create an electrical charge

You can also use very lightly damped microfiber cloth to clean the metal or plastic of the case, the fan blades and/or air filters (if your PC has them). Again very very lightly damp and never on any of the circuitry.

If it's REALLY dirty take it outside, remove the panels and blow it out with a leaf blower.
