How to clean secondary HDD?

Hello guys, I had an HDD with Windows 7 in it, then I bought a SSD and I am currently using it as my main drive with the OS. But I want to completely wipe the HDD because it still has the old OS and files, and I want to use it only as storage. Can you tell me how I can do that?

Disk Management
Make sure you are selecting the correct drive
Select each partition on it, Delete
In the resulting space, Create Simple Partition
Format
Give it a drive letter.

Format the drive. That will wipe it clean for re-use.
