How to clean side acrylic from Spec 03?

I bought a new computer like a week ago, but when it came it also had some foam to protect the insides of the computer, unfortunately the foam was "Sticky"/Dirty and left trails on the panel, now the panel it's all cloudy and i don't know how to clean it without scratching the acrylic
Any ideas?

MicroFiber cloth and some type of glasses or monitor cleaner.
