How to clean Top feeder rollers

Hi everybody,
I have an HP 8600 Plus it works great except when I use the top feeder to scan, fax or copy multiple sheets, streaks are left on the copies as if the rollers are dirty. Does anybody know a way to clean these upper rollers?

I've seen this happen on my own printers. Usually any kind of over the counter glass cleaner works as long as you don't spray it directly on top of the glass but make sure to clean thoroughly.

This is from the top sheet feeder not the glass, sorry for the confusion
