Is it safe to use isopropyl alcohol to clean your keyboard? I'm thinking of cleaning it with some alcohol and a few Q tips because its always sticky even though i always wash my hands before using it but i just want to make sure its a safe thing that wont damage my keyboard

Solution
Depends on what keyboard you use. Alcohol tends to draw out moisture of the things you wipe, so if you have soft touch or similar, it could damage the paint.

If its really dirty its easiest to just remove all the keys, throw them all in a water filled sink and clean them with a brush and soap.
Check first if you can remove them without damaging them. Flat ones tend to break easier than high/normal ones.
