So I know how to clone a drive already, I did it with OS. I have two drives the OS drive (I am not trying to clone my systems drive) and my storage drive, where my games and video clips are stored. I am trying to clone my Storage drive. I was wondering if it is the same as if I were to clone my OS? And if I were to clone it would it be okay to delete the old clone files in order to make games run on the new clone? This drive contains no OS so I don't think I would need to enter BIOS right? Would it be as simple as format new drive, clone the drives then delete the old drives' data? Like I said this is just a storage drive, I probably could copy it straight from files if I wanted to, but I could not find info about any differences in cloning a storage drive than cloning an OS drive. I also wanted to know if it would be safe to delete the old clone's files. The storage drive contains, video clips, steam games, independent games. I am pretty sure I can just highlight the files and use the move tab to move them to the new drive since it contains 0 Operating systems and I could just uninstall and reinstall them to the new drive

With a tool like Macrium, it is no different.
Clone between any two drive, assuming the target is of sufficient size.

But for a secondary drive...nmo OS...cloning is not needed.
As long as the new drive ends up with the same folder structure and drive letter as the original, copy/paste works just fine.

Copy/paste, NOT 'Move'.
