[SOLVED] How to clone an external encrypted drive with 2 partitions?

Hi everyone. So I have two hard drives of the same capacity. What I would like to do is clone the hard drive with two encrypted partitions on it, (without mounting the volumes of course), on to another hard drive.
Will the same methods in cloning drives allow me to achieve this?

Remove encryption, then clone.

It depends on the encryption. Software-level encryption (BitLocker, TrueVrypt/VeraCrypt etc) is no different than oridinary bit-by-bit cloning. Hardware encryption is something to be dealt on by-hardware basis.
