how to completely erase hard disk data?? and some other questions

i need help with completely erase the hard disk data. cause i am reusing the hard disk on the new computer. prefer very detailed step by step. thx

for new system start for the first time. do i make my first boot on CD-ROM for installation of window 10? (window 10 will be installing into SSD) so after done with installation of window 10, is it necessary to go back BIOS to make SSD for first boot device?

There is no way to remove data off a hdd permanently, you can only overwrite it. Some common methods are filling it completely with random files or destroying it. but im assuming you meant just for a clean install. in this case go into windows and right click the drive then hit format. that'll erase anything on it so that you can write over it. and you should select the cd from the boot menu then once innto the windows install select the ssd, and no it should just boot straight to the ssd then
 
If you're re-using the drive, just install it into the new system, boot to the CD(or DVD) to install the OS. When it gets to where you choose location, it gives you an option to delete partitions. Just delete any existing partitions and select the (empty)HDD for the location to install the OS.

if you're just looking to wipe the data so you can put windows on it or use it as a fresh disk then just format it in windows
