How to compress g729 to g723.1

can anybody instruct me about algorithm compression of g729 codec to g723.1??

You must decode the g729 then encode it to g723.1. You can find reference code for both if you look hard enough 😉

Also note that you must license those codecs to use them in a commercial product because they are both covered by software patents 🙁
