I took out a 160 gb internal hdd and put it into an enclosure. Currently it looks like as in the pic (Disk 1). I am looking to sell this to someone, and what I want to do it is remove the partitions and then again make the partitions, I want the 100 mb unallocated space to be in one of the partition. I just want to sanitize the disk, plz feel free to suggest any other way.

Solution
if you have backed up the data or no longer need it, continue.
if not stop and backup the data NOW. there be dragons ahead.

right click on the (E: )volume and select delete partition, repeat the same with the (F: ). you will not have a fresh disk ready for an OS install.
if you wish to use it as a storage volume you can create a partition/volume on the drive and use all the space. the drive will now be ready for anything.

Thanks it worked. I thought it would require something more complex but this was as simple as it can be.
