How to configure belkin guest router

Hello,
I have belkin n750 router. I cannot get the guest network to connect to internet. The Main one connects to internet. How can I solve this problem?

Do you at least get the login page for the guest network? If not, do you have the correct network security type set on the guest network for the connecting devices?
