How to configure incompatible ink cartridge

Same HP printer. Same HP ink cartridges. Printer bought in Mexico. Ink cartridge bought in the United States. US cartridges have different product number from same cartridge sold in Mexico. That is the only difference. Is there a workaround?

If they have a different product number then they are not the same cartridge, despite the outward appearance.

Also, we cannot help you hack a printer or the cartridges because it would violate the forum rules.
