Question How to connect 2 monitors on Win10

I have 2 monitors:
Main: 27' 1920 x 1080 ( HDMI )
Second: 23.8'2560 x 1440 ( HDMI or DP )

VGA: Radeon™ RX 5600 XT (3x DP+ 1x HDMI )

Both monitors are fine and can be connected each alone. Drivers up to date. However when I try to connect second one it`s like it would never work. Win10 does not even notice it.
Tried connecting one on HDMI one on DP. Tried with converter when both via HDMI. PC does not notice second one.

Is it possible that this is because of different resolutions/different monitors? Any way how to connect it?

Thanks for the help!

So.. played more and overall what I have:
Tried 3 different video card. All same issue. 1 monitor over HMDI I can connect , second ( via DP ) not.
Re-installing drivers or Windows is not helpful. Same issue every time.

Is it possible that my motherboard ( ASRock Z97M PRO4 Z97 ) is somehow not allowing to use DP ports? I tried looking in BIOS but was not able to find anywhere how to check if GPU ports are active...

Grateful for any tips!
