Hello,
Maybe it is bad question, but I would like to know how to connect two monitors.
I have one old monitor Acer
And I would like to buy the second monitor Dell
I have this Graphic card MSI
In the future I would like to replace the old Acer with another Dell ultrasharp. Any solutions? Is it good way to have connected one monitor in DVI and another one in HDMI ? How should I solve this?
Thank you so much for solution :)

Solution
Plug the acer in using dvi and the dell with displayport or hdmi. If/when you replace the acer with another of the dells then use displayport since the card you linked to has 2 mini displayports. With the display ports you will need a mini dp to dp cable or adapter(video card should have came with one of them).
They just both need to be plugged in.

If you intend to use a VGA cable for one of them (not recommended) you will have to use the DVI-I connector (That is the one in-line with the HDMI and Display Port connector) with a passive DVI to VGA adapter.

One more thing.... Do I need to buy mini dp to dp? This Dell monitor should have mini DP port.. So I only need mini DP cable or not?
