How to connect 3 pin connecter

My motherboard doesn't have any 3 pin connecter (that I see, z87k) how can I connect the fans to my psu? Or are there any other ways?

You can plug your 3-pin fans into the 4-pin headers on the motherboard.

Connect the 3pin connector to a 4pin socket on the Motherboard. Align for the left 3 pins when connecting and that should do it.

If I am connectIng 6 fans (3 that come with the case) how would I add the other ones that don't have any left over pins for?
