How to Connect a 4 pin molex to the PSU?

As the title states, I'm having trouble illuminating the front LED's and temperature gauge on my NZXT Guardian 921 case..and I don't seem to be alone in that regard. Nonetheless, I've not really seen a clear answer to this predicament . The manual is incredibly cursory and doesn't delineate the steps at all here. I can't see any molex cords running from the psu that aren't already connected to something and connecting it to mobo isn't workig... is there a chance the LED/temp unit have simply died?

To clarify I didn't build it myself i bought it 2nd hand and didn't realize at the time that the front panel was supposed to light up/display the temperature.

Any advice/tips/instructions/info is greatly appreciated

Cheers

You'll need to connect to the motherboard for accurate temp readings, but you most likely require molex power to actually power the LED and temp gauge.

Is there an obvious molex connector that has not been populated running from the front panel IO (temp gauge etc)? If so, you'll need to populate it.

As for available molex connectors from the PSU, that entirely depends what PSU you have and what's alread yconnected via molex.
