[SOLVED] How to connect a 4 pin PWM and a standard 3 pin into a PWM fan header

I have a cooler master MB311l which comes with fans using a single standard 3 pin connection and I have an arctic f12 PWM with a 4 pin connector, and my motherboard only has a single 4 pin header. Is there a way I can still control the PWM while still being able to fit the 3 pin into the same header via splitter? all splitters I have found take out a middle pin for the slave part and standard 3 pin won't fit.
