How to connect a USB dongle to an Asus router?

Guys I was impressed by the gadget show on discovery science channel and bought it... Later I realised that no service provider other than BSNL and ICC provide service in my area... So, I'm thinking of hooking it up with my dongle... Please tell me how to do that
