How to connect a wireless notebook to a non-wireless pc

Hi, I have a notebook which has Wireless connection. It is connected to the internet via a Wi-fi connection, but my desktop doesn't have a wireless board. Is there a way for me to connect the notebook to my desktop through a cable so I can access the internet on it?

If you have verizion fios or newer Comcast set up. They give you a wifi router that has four Ethernet ports on it. You just run a Ethernet cable to the back of the router to the pc. The other cheap way is a 10.00 wifi USB dongle.

Sorry I didn't explain it right. I'm getting the wifi from my neighbour. My internet signal is down since yesterday.

The 10 buck dongle that I linked to plugs into your pc USB port and gives you any wifi that near it without opening the pc.

Ok but is there any way to connect my notebook to my desktop? Like, transfering the internet from the notebook to the pc?
