How to connect all fans to motherboard?

Hi I'm currently planning to buy a Maximus VII Ranger but it only has 3 x 4 pin fan headers, but I'm going to be installing 6, so how can I connect 6 fans to it and also, if there is a way, will I be able to control their fan speeds?

The case I'm getting is the nzxt h440 and it has no optical drives so I can't go that option

That's why I don't care for that case.

You can use molex or splitters but then you can't control the speed.

Ahh I really like the case cause it looks so clean :') But which fans do you think won't need to change speeds? The back, front or top fans?

No problem , if that case had one 5.25 bay it would be ideal.
