How do I connect my Bluetooth beats to my vizio smart tv/ e90i

You need Bluetooth transmitter, like this one. You connect it to your TV' Audio Out (or headphone out), and pair the Beats with it.

If your TV has Optical out, you could use it instead with corresponding BT transmitter.
