How to connect Bunker Hill security surveillance camera to a Galaxy S7

I'm trying to connect Bunker Hill security system to my Galaxy S7 having lots of trouble having lots of trouble of connecting another camera I have to connect it they were already paired I have to pair the third one and just can't get it to pair any suggestions
