How to connect case fan to pc?

Greetings. I have transferred my pc parts into the CM 590 III not much longer than a month or two ago. What i have wanted for a while was for the fans that came inside the case to spin and have the blue LEDs. The motherboard I am using is from hp, https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04783721 I am saying this because i think it might lack some connectors and it has one connector slot for all the FPanel connectors. So my question is, how would i connect the fans to my pc and have the leds work as well. Thanks.

Please post a picture of the motherboard. The best I can find is a 400x480 image that makes it impossible to tell what's where on the board. There's also no manual for that board.

The connectors on the two fans are 1x3 (or 3x1 I'm not sure)
I doubt theres a connector on the motherboard for them.

Sorry, I should have explained that a little better. The fan connectors are usually either near the rear panel, the power connector, or between the CPU and GPU.

Please post a photo of the entire board with no obstructions.
