How to connect case fans

I have all the parts in my computer, now I am plugging them in.

This is what is coming from the case, I am assuming they are for the fans.

This is what is coming from the psu

Do I just connect the cords from the case into the smaller port from the psu?

I have an asrock extreme4 and an xfx pro 750w

Ok, I plugged in the molex, there are 4 3pin connectors but only 3 chassis fan slots. What do I do about this?
