How to connect Delta fans?

So I purchased some delta fans:

I just can't seem to connect them to get them working. With normal fans, the tab goes into the fan slot connector, and it all works. With these ones, the slot on the fan that receives the tab is too thin - it goes it, but it doesn't look like it should. And when I turn on the PC, the fan doesn't spin. Am I missing something here?

that appears to be a laptop fan plug.
that model fan has several plugs available depending on the motherboards they are ordered for.

Is there an adapter that can connect these fans then?

Actually, I want to power them with molex, and have PWM control via motherboard. Is it possible with these fans?

Further to this, the fan wires are in the order of red, black, and yellow - should it not be black, red, yellow?

Figured it out - changed the order of the wires to black red yellow and fans are working.
