How to connect front panel (sound/mic) to discrete sound card?

I have this card Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE 7.1 but I don't know how to connect the front panel to it.

Some sound cards have the required connectors on the PCB for connecting to the case jacks, some sound cards don't have them.
If your card doesn't have them, you can't do it.
