So,I decided to upgrade my GPU and bought Sapphire r9 280.
It came with 2 of these and since it's the first time I ever changed my graphics card myself I have no idea how I'm supposed to connect it to the PSU.So if any of you could help a little bit I'd be grateful.

Solution
Look at your GPU.
It should have two 6-pins plugs (or 6-pins + 8-pins) to power it.

Look at your PSU, what kind of remaining cables (from your previous GPU or unplugged) do you have?
If you have 6-pins / 8-pins connectors, just plug them directly into your GPU.

The adapters in your picture are Molex to 6-pins.
Molex is simply another type of connector that is usually used to power case fans or front panel.
You are not compelled to use them, it is simply an alternate solution if you only have Molex connectors left.

Either use that cable coming from PSU connecting straight to graphics card and/or the other connector (molex) connecting it to the white connector and the black 6-pin goes to your graphics card. Stick to 6-pin if you can.
