How to connect internal hard disk to usb

i have an old 160 gb hard disk which is not SATA, i want to connect that to my laptop through USB? Can anybody help me

It depends on if you want the connection to be relatively permanent or not. ss202sl's suggestion is great for a temporary connection and you can use it with other drives either ide or sata and 2.5" OR 3.5". The enclosure is better for a more permanent connection that you can carry around fairly easily. Your pick.
