how to connect lp4 to a 4-pin mobo connector

i bought a 970A-g43 plus(mobo) trying to connect the LP4 case fans to it, but the mobo's connection is a 4-pin(non-molex) connecter.

Is it possible, is there a link to such ideal adapters?

LP4 connector is the sys case fans, but the power supply has no connecter for the LP4 connector directly.

What should i do at this point? I want the motherboard.
