How to connect mobile to wifi

I have a BSNL Wireless Router and i done no how to get my mobile to handsshake with the router

Hello and welcome to the forums
Well go to your mobile's connection settings and choose Wifi,and then it searches(or choose to search)and will find any Wireless networks available
