How To Connect Multiple Headphones To Transmitter?

I recently bought three Sennheiser RS 180s w/ a transmitter to use for listening to stuff. However, I can't seem to be able to pair more than one at a time to the transmitter without disabling the one already paired. I tried holding down the power button on both the headphones and the transmitter for around 7 seconds which pairs it but for some reason the one that is already paired becomes disabled. Any way I can find a fix for this?
