How to connect my laptop to tv

like to connect my laptop to my tv. My laptop has vga port but my tv doesn't. it has RCA sockets. wht to do ??

The tv has only the RCA type connections ? No HDMI or DVI ? What do you have component, red, green, blue? No S-Video ?
