How to connect n64 to hdmi?

how would i go about doing this?

my monitor does not have component, only hdmi,dvi,dp and vga

the monitors native resolution is 2560 x 1440, if that matters.

You would need a composite to vga adapter similar to this one:

I've used the same device for connecting DVRs and old games consoles to monitors (LCD/CRT/PLASMA).
