How to connect pc to an Old TV which don't have VGA/HDMI ports

Hello, as title says i want to connect my pc to and old CRT TV and it have only ports for red,yellow,white ports which is called RCA i guess and i have 7870 GPU, is there anyway i can connect pc to that tv ??

Are you referring to HD 7870 graphic card?
