1) Start Menu --> Devices and Printers
2) Top of browser select "Add a Printer"
3) Select "Add a local printer"
4) Select Create a new port --> In the drop down select "Standard TCP/IP Port" press Next
5) Insert the IP address of the printer
6) Install the driver software from CD or if downloaded to designated location from internet

And you are done!.

The IP address is what will tell your computer where to find your printer on the network. The last step is to add the printer to your computer. Click on Start, then Printers and Faxes.
