How to connect ps2 to lcd pc monitor

i have a ps2 , i want to connect it to my pc monitor(LCD) .i want to connect it direct without putting the pc on.. plss help

you will need many things
first AV to VGA converter or adabter you can find it in amazon for less than 10 bucks second a speakers get logitech X-530 connect the yellow av cable to the AV to VGA converter then hook it up to your screen take the red and the wight cables and connect them to the converter that comes with the logitech X-530 then
