How to connect that kind of RGB LED controller to PSU?

That larger connector should connect to either SATA or Molex connector from PSU.

And the smaller connector to the LED strip right?

Right, just watch polarity, those strips work on DC.

says that the big cable (that on the left) plugs into the LED's so its neither SATA or Molex and the smaller cable (that on the right) is the IR Receiver. And on the back of the controller there is a DC connector. So how I'm I supposed to connect it my EVGA G2 750W PSU?
