They don't turn so I haven't connected something. I'm not sure which cables connect to where. I have the PWM cable connected to the motherboard but I don't think the other end is connected to anything.

The manual shows

I have the 4 pin header connected. There are only three fans pre-installed.
I don't know where the 1 to 4 fan splitter cable is. Unless it's bundled up in those cluster of cables?

The connectors for them are at the top left

I realise that I have to follow the three black cables to see where the other end is. I thought it was the PWM cable. But I missed something I think.
I've tried looking for a tutorial but all I can find is build guides that are 20+ minutes long. I just want to know how to connect the cables so the fans get power.

it shows the 1 to 4 fan splitter cable in the accessories box. They left it out of mine. How did that happen?!

EDIT 2
On the website it clearly states that its included. But I didn't get one!

I would contact the company letting them know you didn't receive the cable. I circled the connector in your picture:

How can that be it? It's one plug not four.
I'm pretty sure that's a SATA power cable. It actually says it on there.

I've contacted Antec and the place I bought it at. Now I just have to wait for a response.

From what I can ascertain, it is what is called a 1x4 meaning it has one power plug which plugs into what looks like an available SATA power plug and splits into 4 separate connectors to connect to the controller board or the fans themselves. Is that not the controller board directly above it with what looks like 4 connections on it?

So I just plug in that SATA power plug into the controller board? Or into a SATA power plug coming from my PSU?

I thought that SATA power plug was for connecting to a SATA drive that sits below in the drive cage.

You should have multiple SATA power plugs. If you don't have one connected to that controller board that is likely the source and you would need to connect one from your PSU to it.

How's this. The store I bought it from responded today and they said they have some in stock (the 1 to 4 cable splitter).
I told them it's supposed to be included.
I'm not paying extra for something that should have been in there.

EDIT
I looked it up and I think this is what I have

I'm guessing the other ends are connected to the fans?
