How to connect the gpu to a MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 motherboard

Hello, I'm planning to build my first pc ever and I already have selected the components that adjust to my budget.

As of this build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/QYPgGX, I'm using the mobo in the title with a Radeon R9 380. I've been watching some tutorials on how to build a pc but none has been like a real time, step by step, uncut version of the process. Which created me a doubt (First time, don't judge please, you can call me moron though). Reading this manual for the mobo https://www.cdromland.nl/productpdf/00161825-manual.pdf I couldn't find the couple of 6 pin headers the gpu need. It is something compatible related or it's that the gpu goes directly to PSU?

Your psu will have at least 2x 6pin pcie (should be labeled pcie or gpu) or possibly 6+2pin connectors where you just use the 6 part. Do NOT use any adapters that come with the psu. Straight connections only.

I've built pc's for years, and can do the physical part in 15-30 minutes, depending on the pc. Do not be surprised, since this is your virgin build, if it takes you 2-3 hours. Patience is a virtue when building a pc. Take your time, don't rush anything. Connectors are designed to fit only 1 way they have D and square shaped pins, make sure these line up. Brand new pins can take a little muscle to insert the first time, especially the 20+4 and 4+4, so don't be surprised at that either.
