Laptop #1 has Internet via wifi, but pc #2 needs wired... No wifi nic card. No option to move pc to wired router

Is it possible for pc#2 to receive wired Internet signal from laptop #1? And if so, how migh I go about doing that?

No concern for performance. I only need it for a limited amount of time.

Sure, Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) which you would enable on the wirless adapter and then just connect the two Ethernet ports with a patch cable (if at least one of the Ethernet adapters is gigabit) or a crossover cable if neither is gigabit. Gigabit comes with auto-MDIX so it senses the connection and uses the right one.

You can also bridge the Ethernet and wireless adapters on the laptop (but ICS must be off for that), simply open the network control panel, change adapter settings, highlight both adapters, right click and select bridge connections.
