how to control fan speed on corsair af120 fans

i just got my corsair af120 fans put them in my case now ive been using corsair link an seen that both fans are running super low 740-760 rpms an i want them higher for better cooling how do i control the fans??

What are they connected to ? If on MB, check in BIOS.

They are connected to the MB but one of them don't even go past 800 RPM's an they are so post to be at lest at 1500
