How to control the fans' speed that are connected to the MoBo by Molex

How can I control this fans' speed? I just have a 2-pin fan connector to molex. Which is the cable I must buy? Can you send me a link to buy it?

You can't.
For fans to be controllable in software they must be connected to 3pin or 4pin fan connector.
Alternatively you can get a fan controller device and control fans manually.
