How to convert 3 pins to 5

Solution
I would allow the card to control the fan and alter the behavior with software rather than hardware. Most GPUs can have the fan curve altered via the control app that came with the card.
The GPU fan is controlled by the card itself. A 6 pin like this

would be for power.

yes but my case has a gpu controller too , i looked on my gpu and it does detach from between the fan part and the main board , but the problem is my case's gpu connector is a male 3 pin while my gpu is a female 5 pin ?

No , it's to connect to the gpu ! there's even a gpu led and fan controller on the front panel

Sounds like you want to disconnect the fans from the GPU and hook them up to a front panel? Not sure I have seen anything that does that. Agreed, software control is much simpler for this.

Most GPU fan connectors I have seen are the 4/5/6 pin connector that is quite a bit smaller then normal Case or CPU fan headers. (Number of pins depends on the number of fans, up to 3)

Occasionally, but very rarely, the manufacturers spec sheet will give you the pinout on the fans. More often the pins will be labeled directly on the PCB. If not, I would install the GPU normally and measure the voltage while the fans spin.

If your GPU fan is plugged into the graphics card then the card itself controls the fan. Leave it alone. There is a temperature sensor next to the GPU so the fan should ramp up when it gets hot.

If you did have a case with the ability to control the "GPU" fan then this would be some custom solution so you'd have to know exactly what you're doing there. That doesn't seem to be the case.

UPDATE:
It's possible that the "GPU FAN" is meant for a case fan. Perhaps a side case fan to blow air near the graphics card, not the the fan on the card itself.

Again, as said the main 6-pin type connectors are simply for POWER to the graphics card.

once again what case do you have so we can look it up and see what your talking about
