How to convert dLink DIR600L n150 router into a repeater?

The Wi-Fi strength offered by my primary router is pretty weak and hence I thought of using the DIR600L as a repeater.
The firmware version on the DIR600L is 2.06.
There is no option for repeater mode in the router's menu.
Can i convert it via some programming?
PLS HELP!

I would be extremely grateful if someone could offer step by step instructions as this is my first time

Looking around that model doesn't seem to support that function however apparently there is a work around

But that guy has just provided a link, that link has 3 dwlds, and this is my first tiem so i need step by step instructions pls

thought this was written for tplink router this applies to any basic router as the one your speaking about
you need to set the router in AP mode
