How to convert low-profile GPU to fit standard size tower?

I have a Sapphire Radeon HD 7750 LP card that I would like to put into my new machine which uses a standard sized tower.

Would really appreciate some advice on how to convert my card to fit my new machine! Thanks!

N.B. I know some LP cards come with a standard-sized bracket, but mine did not.

Oh yes, I was just giving you a generalization of what the item is that you will need, Just look up one that type that has your GPU configuration outputs in it, then use that one. You will want a standard bracket for a low profile GPU, there will be tons, find the one that has your sockets :)
Thanks for the quick response! I checked out the link - maybe I'm missing something, but shouldn't the bracket have spaces for the connectors to poke through (VGA, DVI)? The one in the picture just has dozens of tiny holes.

Sorry, I'm new at all this so forgive the non-technical language! Thanks!
