The file system changed to RAW
And it can't be deleted by any method of CMD

Usually this is a result of a hardware failure. I assume from the size that it's an SSD, but you don't provide any relevant details. When the OS can't read the partition table to determine the filesystem type, it'll report it as RAW (un-formatted). Converting it isn't what you need to do, you need to replace the drive and restore from your backup. And if you don't have that, then you'll probably need professional data recovery service.
