@Phillip Corcoran is right. You might be dealing with a faulty flash drive. The RAW format usually indicates a corrupted file system. If you had important data on it, I'd recommend you to turn to a professional data recovery company.
I'd suggest you to try to format it from Disk Management or DiskPart (command line).
If you are using DiskPart, make sure you know the exact drive letter of the flash drive, so you don't accidentally format some other storage drive. (
